We loved it, its service and staff. Only 20 minutes walk from Rotorua centre. A hot tub in the bathroom. We will be back certainly: )

The location was right by everything we wanted to do. Oppie's fish & chips, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. There was free parking. Convenient base for discovering Rotorua...
